Timothy Von Fuelling Straus:
Mr. Straus's career spans more than 28 years on Wall Street building and managing sales, trading and research teams for major financial services firms. Prior to founding Easton's Point Capital in 2006, Mr. Straus founded and served as President of Fuelling Capital Management, a firm specializing in structured products and portable alpha strategies. Prior to Fuelling Capital he founded and served as CEO of StoneHedge Partners, a firm that focused on providing a variety of services and advice for start up and early stage hedge funds. Before forming StoneHedge Partners, Mr. Straus was a Senior Managing Director of Hedge Fund Product and Relationship Management at Bear Stearns Inc., where he also served on the Stock Selection Committee. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President, Manager Equity Research Sales, at Jefferies & Co., where he also sat on the firm's Commitment Committee and Equity Stock Selection Committee. Previous to that, while at Hancock Institutional, he built and managed the combined firms' trading and research sales teams. Previous positions include Vice President, Morgan Stanley Institutional Equity Sales and a similar position at Kidder Peabody. Mr. Straus received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1976.

Prior to being a founding Partner of Easton's Point Capital in 2006, Mr. Rudd's more than 20 year career in the financial services industry began in 1986 as a Financial Advisor with Prudential-Bache Securities. 7 years later, as Vice President and Branch Officer Manager, he opened and ran the Newport, RI office, consistently one of the top five branches nationwide in per capita broker production. In 2000 he joined Signet/Newport Partners, a hedge fund and private equity marketing and sales firm. In 2001 he was named President, overseeing and participating in over $400mm in raised capital. In May, 2006 he joined Fuelling Capital Management, a firm specializing in structured products and portable alpha strategies. Over the years, Mr. Rudd has also served on a number of private company Boards of Directors. Mr Rudd received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1980.
James R. Dudla II
Before joining Easton's Point Capital, Mr. Dudla was at Fuelling Capital Management, a firm specializing in structured products and portable alpha strategies. Prior to entering the financial services industry he worked as a Commercial Pilot for 6 years after earning his ratings at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001. Mr. Dudla also served 4 years in the U.S. Navy as a Deep Sea Diver. He currently holds his series 7, 63, and Life Producers license.
